VWC Day Photos with Bob Marlin and More

On Saturday, April 16, more than 100 prospective students and their families visited the Virginia Wesleyan College campus for VWC Day Open House. Excitement is clearly building for the Class of 2020!

Sunny spring weather greeted guests as they entered VWC’s 300-acre green campus and made their way to the Office of Enrollment Services in Godwin Hall to kick off the day’s activities. Many students stopped to pose for pictures with VWC Mascot, Bob Marlin, before heading out on campus tours.

Following a welcome from VWC President Scott D. Miller, students and families had opportunities to meet with faculty to learn more about our academic programs, ask questions about financial aid, admissions, athletics, extracurricular activities, residence life and more.

In addition to tours, parent and student sessions, and academic department fair, lunch and other activities rounded out the day’s agenda. Some families also stayed on campus for the College’s 8th Annual Strike Out Cancer fundraising event with the VWC Softball team.

Reserve your place today in the VWC Class of 2020!
