Dr. Drian Glyde
Dean of Global Campus
Dr. Drian Glyde, DM, MBA, CFE, M.npn, is a practitioner/scholar with an extensive corporate and academic background. He is an Assistant Professor of Management, Business, and Economics at Virginia Wesleyan University, as well as an organizational change consultant. He holds a Doctorate of Management, specializing in Organizational Development and Change, and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Human Resources. He serves on the VWU Global Campus Continuing Education Committee, trained as an instructor in the VW Prison Education Initiative, and is the recipient of the 2025 Batten & Black School for International Studies teaching fellowship. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, a member of the ACFE Advisory Council, and a Certified Master Neuropastician. His expertise and interests include ethical organizational culture, organizational development and change, accounting, fraud detection & prevention, corporate finance, and strategy.
