Enrollment Verification

Batten University offers self-service enrollment verification through WebAdvisor and the National Student Clearinghouse — available any time, no waiting required.

1. Log in to WebAdvisor.
2. Click Students and scroll to Web Miscellaneous Programs.
3. Click National Student Clearinghouse — Student Self-Service.
4. Log in at the Clearinghouse site and print an enrollment certificate or view loan deferment information.
5. When finished, log off of both the Clearinghouse site and WebAdvisor.
