The Office of Alumni Engagement represents the Batten University Alumni community. It provides programs, services, and opportunities for alumni to connect with their alma mater, fellow alumni, professors, and staff, as well as programs for alumni to interact with and mentor current students.

Official transcript requests are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse. Each transcript copy costs $5.25. If you have questions, contact the Office of the Registrar at 757.455.3358 or reg@batten.edu.

Alumni seeking resume reviews, career guidance, or job search assistance can contact the Office of Career Development at 757.455.3107 or careerdevelopment@batten.edu.

Batten University offers several graduate study programs. Browse graduate programs to learn more, or contact the Center for Enrollment at 757.455.3208.

Visit the Scribner University Store online or shop on campus. The store is located in the Jane P. Batten Student Center.

Your Batten University email address remains active for 3 months after graduation. Be sure to update your contact information with the Office of Alumni Engagement using the Update Your Info form before it expires.

Fill out the Update My Information form to keep your contact details current. Staying connected means we can reach you about events, class notes, and other alumni opportunities.

Submit your updates through Class Notes for review and publication. We regularly feature alumni news and accomplishments on our website and in the Marlin Magazine.

All requests must be submitted through the online Alumni ID Card Request Form. Requests cannot be accepted via email, phone, or in-person. Your Alumni ID gives you access to campus fitness facilities and other alumni benefits.

Email us at alumni@batten.edu with the person's first name, last name, class year, and maiden name if applicable. Include your name and a phone number where you can be reached.

Privacy regulations prevent us from sharing alumni contact information directly. With your permission, we can pass your details along to the person you're looking for — it's then up to them whether to reach out.

In recognition of your Excellence Fund gift of $50 or more, Batten University is pleased to offer alumni a replacement diploma as a token of appreciation. To receive yours, complete the Diploma Replacement Form and then make your secure online gift.
