Marlin Wellness — Eight Pillars of Wellness

Marlin Wellness is an initiative to intentionally engage students in the ten pillars of wellness: intellectual, social, physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, community, digital, and financial.

Members of the Marlin community can find more information about wellness events through department social media platforms, postings around campus, the Campus Activities calendar, and University email. Attending Marlin Wellness events offers the opportunity to win prizes and entries into event, semester, and year-long grand prizes.
