What is the parking policy?

We provide complimentary parking for guests visiting our campus. Please note that there is a security checkpoint at the front gate where a valid ID will be required.

Can we post signage around campus for the event?

Any signs for an event will need to be approved by the Conference Services department. No spray paint or markings will be allowed on the grass or concrete on campus.

Is WiFi available? If so, is there a cost?

We provide WiFi on campus at no cost. Please request directions on how to access the WiFi at the time of your confirmed booking.

Can we bring food from an outside vendor?

Batten University is catered exclusively by our in-house catering team from Sodexo. All food and beverage for your booked event must be ordered through Sodexo. Menus and pricing can be acquired by contacting the Catering team at catering@batten.edu or by visiting our catering website.

Is housing available?

Residence halls are available from late May through the beginning of August. Availability is based on the type and size of the group and the desired facilities.

What is not allowed in the event spaces?

We do not permit open flames, glitter, glue, nails, or duct tape.

Does Batten University provide audio-visual services?

We provide a limited variety of audio-visual services. The Conference Services staff will work closely with you to meet your needs.
