Parker Dewey: Micro-Internships

A Micro-Internship is a short-term professional project typically completed in 5–40 hours over a few days to a few weeks. These projects require no onboarding and can be completed remotely by a college student with minimal instruction — making them a low-risk way to get real work done while giving students meaningful experience.

Offering Micro-Internships lets your organization provide professional development opportunities, stay connected with Batten talent, and build a hiring pipeline of students and recent graduates you’ve already worked with.
