2026 Summer Term
Summer Term is for everyone. Whether you need to catch up on coursework, get ahead toward graduation, or explore a subject outside your major, Batten University offers flexible on-campus and online options across five sessions from May through August.
Courses count toward General Education requirements, major progress, independent research, or internship credit. Current students, visiting students, and high school Early Enrollment students are all welcome.
Why Take Summer Term?
Discounted Tuition
Summer Term is affordable. Studying during the summer costs significantly less than during the academic year — at $450 per credit, you can earn up to 12 credits across coursework, independent research, or internship credit.
- Graduate tuition: $550/credit
- High school Early Enrollment students: $285/credit
Food and Housing

Online Options
Day students may take one online course in both Session A and Session B. Graduate and fully online students have dedicated online-only sessions available throughout the summer.
