Health Insurance

Batten University requires that all enrolled students have personal health insurance. The Batten University Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) for the 2026–2027 academic year is $3,266.00. Each student is automatically enrolled and your student account has already been charged for the plan.

If you are currently covered under a plan comparable to the University's, you may opt out by completing the online insurance waiver. To access the waiver, choose your school and click “Waive your School's insurance.”

If you are already enrolled in the Batten University SHIP and wish to re-enroll, visit the same insurance waiver portal to complete re-enrollment.
